Einar Rune Tveit (b.1962) is the owner and CEO – Entrepreneur & Industrialist of Shelby Dark Horse.
Education
Tveit has a technical education for offshore/oil platforms as a welder, welding and paint inspector. He also has a bachelor’s degree in economics and project management and completed university studies in Norway, Denmark and England in economics, strategy, innovation and social studies.
Tveit also has a number of military accademy courses mostly within management and logistics administration.
Experience
Tveit has also worked 3 years as a project manager for the Directorate
of Employment with job creation for the disabled. It was about finding relevant work tasks and ajusting theme to the skills of the individual job
applicant.
Furthermore, he has worked for 7 years in insurance and banking. Then as sales manager, savings and capital manager at group level for 3 counties.

He has also served 25 years in the defense forces on a part-time basis, and built up 2 special companies (170 persons in logistics/supply/depot, medic/hospital, sappers, rangers, communications, military police, intelligence) at Dalane Staff Area (4 municipalities in South Rogaland) Rogaland Staff Area (Rogaland County). Tveit held captain’s rank (P).
Tveit has also an 8-year background as a politician (education, hospital, administration, finance committee and the municipal council in Eigersund
Municipality and Rogaland County at local and regional level and knows the political culture and the rules of the political game well. He has also been a secretary and member of the board at the local labor party in Egersund, his home town.
From 2001 until now, Tveit has been self-employed within project and innovation management, board member of various boards within engineering, industry and finance. He has also run organizational development and recruitment at middle and top management level for various clients, both in Norway and abroad in Europe.
